CANCELLATION INSURANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These cancellation insurance terms and conditions (“Conditions”) apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions (available at: https://shop.aqua-dome.at/texts/339/) to all customers (“Customers”) of Aqua Dome Tirol Therme Längenfeld GMBH & CO KG (the “Aqua Dome”) who have purchased cancellation insurance in the Aqua Dome’s online shop.

2. This cancellation insurance applies exclusively to spa services provided by the Aqua Dome. These services comprise admission to the spa (“Admission”), massages and treatments booked for that day and bookings in the Aqua Dome’s bars and restaurants (together “Ancillary Services”).

3. Cancellation insurance does not apply to other Aqua Dome services, in particular hotel or other services.

4. For each Admission, including Ancillary Services, purchased by the Customer, a maximum of one cancellation insurance policy may be purchased in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Cancellation insurance is limited to the day of Admission to the Aqua Dome stated at the time of booking and may not be claimed for other days or bookings.

6. A cancellation may only be made by the person who made the booking with the Aqua Dome. For this purpose, the Customer must send their cancellation request via email to the Aqua Dome at stornierung@aqua-dome.at.

7. In the event of a justified cancellation, the Aqua Dome will, within a maximum of four weeks, refund the Admission price and Ancillary Services to the means of payment originally used by the Customer.

8. A cancellation may only be made by the Customer up to 48 hours before the reserved admission (9:00 a.m. of the booked day) (“cancellation deadline”) to the Aqua Dome. Once this deadline for cancellation has passed, the cancellation insurance expires and may no longer be claimed.

9. The premium is to be paid at the same time as the Admission and Ancillary Services and is due immediately.

10. The Customer is not obliged to give a specific reason for their cancellation. Cancellation is therefore permissible without giving a reason.

11. All declarations and information by the Customer and other third parties in connection with these Terms and Conditions must be submitted via Aqua Dome’s online form, email, fax or post.
